Guardian Fall Protection 01205 18" Shock Absorbing Extension Lanyard

An extension piece intended to provide easier access to dorsal connection point

The Shock Absorbing Extension Lanyard connects to the harness dorsal D-ring, in effect extending it by 18". This makes it easier for workers to reach behind them and make a connection--ideal for those who connect/disconnect multiple times throughout their day. It can also be used in combination with a non-shock lanyard to allow for use in Fall Arrest applications. Always be sure to account for the additional length of the extension when calculating free fall and fall clearance.

• Manufactured from durable, 1” nylon webbing
• Clear cover around shock pack to protect against the elements and allow for easy inspection
• Snap hook on one end and D-ring on other end, functioning to replace harness dorsal D-ring
